Spring's Signature Symbols....and alliterations~

Winter peeks ‘round the turning
with renewed nature grasping at her heels,
Altering and converting nature’s hues
in shades of emerald, fuchsia and bronze.
With aesthetic symbols and subdued traces
of beauty, springtime arrives.

Blossoms blasting with bursts of blush…

Branches brimming with brand-new buds…

Twigs Transforming into Traitorous Togs…

Bushes Blooming into Binding Bliss…

Dazzling Displays of Developing Discharges…

Curious Kitties Canvasing Carte-Blanche…

Jovial Juveniles Jogging and Jaunting…

Handyman Hubby Hacking Herbage…

"The season of renewal and rebirth is upon us. Like a newborn baby, this season brings with it the sweetness of new beginnings and endless possibilities."

We have another month or so before our spring looks like that, but she's definitely on her way, even for us!

Oh, I do love all the delightful signs of spring, Tracy! Thanks for sharing them! I enjoyed them all the more on this gray, chilly, rainy day in the northwest!
Have a great week!

I love the photos of spring bursting forth! We don't have quite so many blooms yet here, but this week will probably bring more out. It's supposed to get up to 80 on Thursday.

And the verse to go along with the photos is lovely!

Hi Tracy, Isn't spring wonderful???? We have our Bradford Pears blooming now and our Red Buds are budding... Our yard is beginning to look better --with more and more color!!!!! BUT--I'm still a little afraid of an April FREEZE which could kill all of this new growth. Oh Well--guess we just have to wait and see!!!!!

Ready for some basketball??? Can't believe that UNC and KY both got beat on Sat... Guess they are all looking ahead to the tournament.... My team is going to the NIT... Not so exciting --but I'm not surprised after losing to Mississippi in the SEC tournament... Gads!

We are home from our 2nd trip is a month--and both of us have colds.. Yuk! Guess it will be REST for this upcoming week for both of us.

Hugs,
Betsy

Lovely words and awesome pictures to compliament the poem.

Thanks for visiting my blog and lovely comment. Alas my mother passed away 14 yrs ago but still sadly missed. I couldn't grieve at the time as three days after she left me my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer and he too left me 2 months later.

It is pouring down rain today in the Pacific Northwest, but it's warming up and the days are getting longer, so spring can't be too far off.

Yes, Spring is here! This is my favorite season, although in Los Angeles season change isn't all that noticeable.

Oh, what pretty stuff you have going one! We have little nubs on branches that will be leaves eventually, and there are leaves bursting through the dirt slowly. But you are way ahead of us for spring.

It is so Springy there Tracy. I find it so interesting how blogging has made me so much more aware of others and their lives and the climates they live in. It looks beautiful there.

I would love to be out doing what your hubby is doing in the photo! I am ready to get out there and get after it, but we still have some snow on the ground. As warm as it is today though, I don't think it will last too much longer.

Those blossoms are beautiful!
