The break of day bid us good morning with our world in a sanctuary of white. Consequently, what was intended to be shared in this space will be delayed until tomorrow. Instead, you will unearth an account of aesthetic beauty through the photo montage.
From our house to yours…
at 112 Sycamore Creek Dr.
Santa has already visited and in his wake left His own Christmas magic...
So sit for a spell...
or would you prefer this chair?
and we can catch up with old friends
or more recent friends...
If you desire, we can watch the children
doing whatever children do in the snow...
or just while away the hours watching for birds and reflecting
on our gifts...
We could also head out of doors to play a little basketball?
sledding or snowboarding is a possibility...
If you wish, we could hang out and
and allow memories to settle upon us...
We could also choose to bow down
from the strength of our burdens
or take inventory in the monstrosity
our gifts and blessings.
Whatever the choosing enjoy your day~

it just started snowing here
I hope I get to take as many pretty shots as you did
I love the way snow blankets and adorns and decorates
then I want it to melt ;)
I too am glad we connected this year :)
be safe, be happy
Great shots for a great day, Tracy. It's beautiful outside and the snow is still coming down here, too. Gorgeous.
XOXOXO
Oh, I like kindness a lot better than snow!!
I enjoyed seeing the sleds being taken out, the golf course is a good set of hills to go to here.Often sleds are a gift that doesn't always get to be used. We have a 44% chance here to have over 1 inch however and got over 3 this last few storms.Hey think what kids got a bike and can't use it.I had studded tires for a few years on mine, but it was dangerous still.
All of it is so beautiful. That slatted chair is great! And your lovely pup and kitty are precious! Looks like a lot of fun (as long as you're bundled up for it!)
Great pictures! NC has a lot more snow than MI right now!
It looks pretty, but I don't mind at all that we didn't get any new snow this time around. We still have it on the ground from before. Hope you enjoy your day!
What great pictures today!! I do love how the snow looks on everything--But my view of all that will have to be enjoyed on your blog for now, because I think we're going to be the only part of Virginia that doesn't get any snow from the current storm--But I know there will a next one!! I hope you're enjoying your day!!
Your home looks like a Christmas post card ~ so pretty. Love to see the kids play and the dog and kitty amazed by it all! Enjoy your day.
Tracy, If you can, please email me at mildredwnalley@gmail.com THX
Amen to snow!
Happy Sunday! Take care

Great pictures... better you than me with the snow, though. When it snows here, it entirely paralyzes the metro area.
Oh wow! I love your post~ I would would be hog heaven in all that snow and fun then come in for some hot chocolate. Love your photos.
Wonderful snowy images, and I love that last quote! There is sure a lot of diversification here, I like the cat and his reflection in the window, and the snowy basketball in the hoop.
I think you should use that one picture of your house for your Christmas cards next year. Beautiful pictures!
Beautiful pictures.
Blessings,
Bren
Beautiful!! I love the cleanness and silence of newly fallen snow. Later, it's the fun of being in it I enjoy. The basketball net speaks volumes! Thanks for sharing your snow-filled world.
Best,
Bonnie

Oh my goodness... Your house is BEAUTIFUL! Esp. with all that glorious snow, I might add. ;) Lovely. Oh, and now I want to go play with my kids in the snow. I think a trip to Cherry Hill with the sleds is in order! :D Merry Christmas, and Happy New year to you! :D
A fresh blanket of snow always freshens things up and makes it looks so pretty ~ I hope it doesn't stay long for you!

I truly do not want to live where it snows, but I have to admit these shots are beautiful (and so is your home). great post!
Love the photos, Tracy, but mostly I love the words you put with them. Very poetic and thoughtful. :)
Any and all of these activities sound fun! These pictures are beautiful. We have lots of mud here--not nearly as pretty.
Those sure are pretty pictures, but I'm glad we didn't get that much snow!
Honey this is such a beautiful post and the pictures are awesome. The words you put with each picture is just so wonderful
Thanks for sharing this with us

Oh, my...it is all so pretty and magical. I love it. We haven't had snow here and may not.
Your photos are wonderful and your home is LOVELY.
I am glad to see you and family enjoyed all the pretty snow. As for me, I will stay in where it is warm. It is nice to look at, but causes too many problems.
Jules needs to move over -- I want the chaise lounge!
Beautiful photos!
PS Your message about not going to the gym made me laugh!! I can REALLY understand!
Those are amazing photos! I hope you enjoy your week and have fun in the snow! Stay warm! It's always a great time to bake! ♥

All these photos are beautiful and interesting. Lovely winter scenes, indeed!
Great pictures Tracy! And not just cause I love kitties, but that shot of the new baby is so cool. Her reflection! And it looks like a screen on the window is giving some texture. Love the shots of your son in the snow! Fun post :)
Very lovely, Tracy - both your photos and the sentiments.
